The flat is situated not far from a city centre and has a free parking space. The communication with the flat owner/ agency was very good. Thank you, Allain! The flat is very clean, the shower is nice and there is a washing machine. However…
It’s super loud at night!!The tram station is not far away if you sleep with an open window, you would here the tram and the bell of the city clock the whole night! The sofa in the leaving room is old and noisy! ( apartment no. 5). The code for the elevator did not work perfect. We needed several times to go up.

From a practical standpoint it’s good. Don’t expect anything else.
It’s very well equipped. There’s all you need to live comfortably with your family for a few days. Kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.
It’s a relatively old office building that was refurbished as appartments on one floor. It really feels like a Air BnB- investment. Had I known that I’m not sure I would have selected it.
